Golden wedding
Janine asked me to make a fresh lemon curd layer sponge cake to celebrate Mary and Ted’s Golden Wedding Anniversary. Nothing too elaborate – just traditional with flowers. So here we are. hope you all had a lovely time
Lightning McQueen cake
Theo had his 5th birthday party recently. One of his prize possessions if his Lightning McQueen cycle helmet, so his mum sent me a picture and asked me to make an edible version. Underneath the icing is a jam and vanilla layered sponge. Happy birthday Theo
