A little while ago I was asked to make a slightly off the wall cake for an informal wedding. The Groom has a deep interest in sharks, with his particular favourite being Hammerheads. The Bride is fascinated by edible seaweed….. and they have a cat. So I was charged with getting them all onto this layered Victoria sponge cake. Roses might have been more conventional.
