Jill and Eric celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary with family and friends at a local hotel. This is a rich fruit cake (Eric’s favourite) iced with marzipan and white fondant and decorated with diamond ribbons. On the side is a bunch of hand made sugar sweet peas.

Jill was married on her 20th birthday so has always had to share her birthday celebrations with her anniversary. This year, she decided that she would also have her favourite cake – a squishy chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate fudge, iced in chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate sweets and golden sprinkles.
