Jack contacted me months ago to ask me to make a cake for his birthday. It needed to feed 30 – 40 people so he chose this 12″ square vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream. Jack is a keen photographer, specialising in seascapes and sunsets so what better than a model of his camera and a few hand painted sugar photos to top his cake.
