Back in the day, Tara’s godmother was a well known florist in Covent Garden. For her 80th birthday celebrations, Tara asked me to make Isabel a fruit cake (with homemade almond paste) depicting the shop. Tara found an old black and white photo of the property which I did my best to copy. Tara also needed me to feature a pig in the design … a long standing family joke. So here it is.
