For Sally’s big birthday she had a fabulous party at the yacht club this weekend. She loves chocolate and bright colours and gave me a list of her favourite chocolate bars and sweets that absolutely had to be on her yellow and pink cake. Inside are lemon sponges layered with fresh lemon curd and buttercream with a decadent dark chocolate ganache drip over coloured buttercream icing.
