Karen is a seasoned, highly experienced sea swimmer and has a lovely beach hut at Milford from which to leap into the freezing foam. Her husband was hoping to organise an ‘open hut’ day for her birthday but the terrible weather forced some last minute rearrangements. Never mind, this is a chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, shaped and iced to form a (rough) replica of their little seaside haven, complete with sand and sea. The ‘decking’ under the hut is a gluten free brownie, just in case (delicious whether you ned to be gluten free or not).
